If you are a customer who is suffering financial hardship resulting from COVID, you may be eligible for interest to be removed from your account.
• You or a member of your immediate family are experiencing involuntary un
employment.
• You or a member of your immediate family are required to take leave without pay for a minimum period of three (3) months.
• Your hours of employment have been significantly decreased due to workplace restrictions because of COVID-19.
• You or a member of your immediate family are hospitalised because of COVID-19.
• Your business income declined as access to your usual customers was affected by COVID-19 restrictions.
• Your business activity declied as you were unable to access adequate staff to operate your business (such as harvesting and other positions impacted by limited staff availability due to COVID-19 restrictions.

• Your application will be assessed within 21 days
• You will receive an email within 21 days regarding the outcome of your application
